Service & Support
For Physia SERIVCE and SUPPORT is an important factor right from the start. This includes at the beginning a deep analysis of the customers’ situation and requirements in order to offer a customized solution and continues with a professional after sales service through the whole life cycle of the systems. Physia has its own technical support center, which if needed offers fast and reliable support. Online- and telephone support / maintenance / repair and rental services, all at first hand. Our service center in Neu-Isenburg, just south of Frankfurt am Main, hosts one of the biggest spare parts warehouse in the area of ultrasound / x-ray, which allows us to react fast and efficient.
Support- and ServiceConcept
We know how important a well-functioning working space is. Because of that we have developed the PHYSIA® SUPPORT UND SERVICE CONCEPT. Within the first 12 months after purchase of a system form Physia our PHYSIA®-FIRST- UND SECOND-LEVEL SUPPORT is included. Afterwards you can choose whether you would like to work with us on a case by case basis or within our PHYSIA® SUPPORT AGREEMENTS where you can calculate on a monthly fixed basis.
FIRST- UND SECOND-LEVEL SUPPORT
You can reach our support and service team in case of technical questions by fax, e-mail and phone, Monday – Friday from 8 am until 5 pm. If possible we can also use a remote access tool (Teamviewer) to support you and answer your questions.
MAINTENANCEAGREEMENT
Although our systems are as maintenance friendly as possible, it can make sense to apply a maintenance service on a regular basis. With such a maintenance service durability and consistent working quality can be assured and down time can be reduced. Regularly serviced systems also have a much better reselling value.
SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCEAGREEMENT
This agreement combines the PHYSIA®-FIRST- UND SECOND-LEVEL SUPPORT AGREEMENT and the PHYSIA® MAINTENANCE_AGREEMENT. This offers you a transparent and calculable investment of your technical services for your system.
